At the start I wasn't sure if I needed to do "productivity coaching" as I believed I was one of the most organized people I knew and I thought that I knew what steps I needed to take to improve my business however you have opened my eyes to a whole new meaning of "efficiency" and a new way of operating my business which has increased the time available for me to work "on" my business.
