Listen To Your Body and Achieve More
Are you one of those people who bounce out of bed at 6.00a.m. and race to the gym for a workout and by the time you leave for work, you’ve showered, had breakfast and organised everyone else in your household. You arrive at work and you’re on fire!

One of my clients, John, recently hired a new team member. At his previous workplace, Barry had a boss who always had his door open and let the staff wander in. Barry’s boss liked to have an ‘open door’ to show that he was accessible to his team. We were able to identify exactly where their time was being spent and found that there were simple ways they could do more in their growing business and still have a life. Three years later with the growth of their practice they have had to move their business to new premises.
Be On Time and Win More Business
Have you ever arrived for an appointment at the correct time only to be told the person you are seeing is running late? I’m sure that has happened to you on many occasions. In the story I’m about to relay to you, this incident happened to one of my clients recently.
Gary and his wife arrived to see this health professional at the appointed time. The receptionist had even confirmed the time the day before. On arrival at the health clinic they were told the practitioner was running 30 minutes late. The reason being that the first appointment for the day had arrived late due to heavy traffic so consequently every other appointment was set back.
