Just heard from my daughter in England.  After all the hurdles she’s faced since leaving us at the end of last year to work for a company in the aviation industry, things have changed.

The current company is completely disorganised and the various promises made were not kept.

Pay and staff conditions were poor, and of course so was the ‘management’ (if you can call it that).

Anyhow, she’s hung in there whilst searching for what she wants…and guess what?

I received a text this morning to say she has landed the ideal position. 

She had her criteria and stuck to it.  Her key goal for moving to England was to travel, so the position had to incorporate that.

 It’s so important to know what you want, then you can go for it. Being busy without having clear goals will keep you occupied but with little or no satisfaction at the end of the day.

 It’s easy to see opportunities when you are uncluttered and have a clear focus.
