Hi,

Have you ever felt ‘fat’?  I certainly have and recently noticed how I’ve gained a couple of kilos too many which made me feel uncomfortable.

I’m please to say I stopped procrastinating this week and got the help I needed to shed the weight and get back on track.

I rejoined Weightwatchers to get my head straight so I can get the results I want.

If I kept making excuses and ignored how I was feeling, I could have easily spiralled out of control and before you know it that couple of kilos could have turned into 5kgs.

Business is ramping up at a fast pace and I’ve received an abundance of seminars invitations to attend and also speak at.

Make sure you don’t miss out on the ‘Treat ‘em Right‘ Customer Appreciation events in Melbourne and Sydney next week as it’s vital to look after the clients you already have. 

We’re also experiencing a heatwave in Melbourne. Luckily we get our air conditioning serviced each year prior to Summer.

Not long to go before the kids go back to school and life gets back to ‘normal’.

The petrol bill has risen rapidly since my son Trent received his Learner’s Permit and has notched up many kilometres driving my car.  And guess who’s with him?

By me staying calm and providing positive feedback on his abilities, it has made a big impact on his progress.  That’s why he’s learning with me and not my husband!

Speaking of positive feedback… we had a great response to last week’s teleseminar, “How to Get Organised, Focussed and On Track for 2009″.

I  recently spent an entire day with a client planning their business strategy for this year. This particular client had initially been referred to me by one of his colleagues who had heard me speak over 4 years ago.

So how did John’s friend remember me after all this time? Gary had been on my database and had consistently been receiving my ezines.There’s many other stories I can share with you, where I’ve had thousands of dollars worth of business just by simply sending out an ezine regularly.

What a great start to a brand new year.  I just had my 52nd birthday and landed on the cover of a nationwide Women’s Magazine…’Working Women’ which is published by Women’s Network Australia.

I’ve heard that life begins at 40, so what happens in your fifties?  Haven’t had any ‘modifications’ yet.  After seeing some people who have had a ‘nip’ or ‘tuck’, there’s no way I’d even consider it.  Make the most of what you’ve got before rushing off elsewhere for a solution…that’s my motto!
