Getting the Right Knowledge

Had some time off to recharge my batteries over Easter.

Enjoyed some retail therapy and just loved that extra hour or so to sleep in. Usually I’m up by 5.15 a.m. to get ready for fitness training.

My son, Trent had all his wisdom teeth removed last week and had no pain!  Fortunately we’re educated about natural therapies and knew what to take before and after the event so he healed quickly.

Having the right knowledge and applying it is so powerful, particularly when it comes to your health.
