Have you noticed how different the opposite sex is? (and I don’t mean physically different). You’ll find women talk, talk, talk and men tend to say as little as possible (that’s probably because they can’t get a word in if they are talking to a woman).

When I ask women in my workshops what is the biggest challenge they face when communicating with men they say they ‘don’t listen’. I ask the guys what their biggest challenge is and they say that women  ‘talk too’ much and don’t get to the point’.

Next time ladies get to the point and don’t waffle. Tell him exactly what it is you want and guys let them talk…and if you don’t understand what the lady is saying, ask her!

It’s extremely important to understand and apply this information. It can make the difference between keeping good staff and losing them, winning or losing a client, keeping your personal relationships in tact etc.
